Finaan (hereinafter "The App") is a technological tool for management, organization, and analysis of financial data that does NOT intend to replace financial, accounting, tax, or investment advisory services.
The App is commercially operated by Finaan, a commercial establishment registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Villavicencio, Colombia, under license from the developer owner (hereinafter "Operator"). Technical support is provided by Forjanova.
The App provides tools for:
The service operates under a subscription model with free basic features. The Operator has full authority to manage the characteristics of the free version.
Payments, billing, and tax management are processed directly by:
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the App interface. Refunds are governed by the policies of the corresponding store.
Local data: All detailed financial records (transactions, amounts, categories) are stored in a local database on the user's device. The Operator has no access, does not view, nor stores such financial information.
Backups: Stored in the user's personal cloud storage account under their own authorization. The App uses "restricted access" permissions, interacting only with files created by the App itself.

Upon uninstalling: Local data is deleted from the device. Cloud backups will remain until the user manually deletes them.
The App integrates Artificial Intelligence services (Vertex AI from Google Cloud) for processing locally extracted text. According to enterprise agreements with Google Cloud:
Finaan, its logo, design, source code, and content are property of the developer owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Operator holds a license for its commercial exploitation. Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the App beyond a personal use license.

Use of the App is reserved for adults (18+). By accepting these terms, users declare they meet this requirement.
The Operator may make updates and modifications without prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be notified through an in-app notification when using the App, and will take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the App after this period implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve through direct arrangement; if unsuccessful, they are subject to Colombian court jurisdiction.
